Please make note of the following:
Some DARSweb Manager users have noticed that when they remove a DUP/RPT flag from a course, save, and run a new transfer evaluation, the DUP/RPT flag is automatically reapplied. This is not an error/bug. Bryan Tinlin (from the TSD team) has advised that they have purposely set up DARS so that if the flag is on the red book (source) course, it will pass automatically to the blue book (target) course. You may see this behavior most frequently on old transfer work that was loaded in from the legacy system, but at times these flags may be added to the red book courses manually in order to ensure that they are not lost when the transfer evaluation runs.
If you find a situation where the flag(s) need to be removed but they return after running the transfer evaluation, the flag must be removed from both the blue book course and the red book course.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
