Authorized by the Arizona Board of Regents, the committee advises the senior vice president for the Office of Knowledge Enterprise Development regarding proposed changes in patent and copyright policies. The committee will also assist in the evaluation and disposition of invention disclosures. The committee is appointed by and responsible to the director, Office of Research Integrity and Assurance, who serves as the designated reviewer and the institutional official.
