Proposal to Add or Remove a Campus or Location

The following templates should be used by units seeking approval to add or remove a campus or location for existing programs that are offered through campus immersion.

Add or Remove a Campus or Location for an Existing Undergraduate Degree
Add or Remove a Campus or Location for an Existing Undergraduate Minor or Certificate

Proposals must be routed through the internal ASU review process for approval.

  2. College/School Curriculum Committee
  3. College/School Dean’s Office
  4. Office of the University Provost
