
Columbus State Community College Joins MyPath2ASU Transfer Network
Arizona State University is pleased to announce a new alliance with Columbus State Community College to provide students a seamless transfer experience with the MyPath2ASU® program. MyPath2ASU allows students to take the steps needed, at the start of their college experience, to successfully plan their transfer to ASU, ensuring a smooth transition process and student success.
MyPath2ASU is a set of customized tools available to transfer students from accredited, U.S. regional institutions. These tools ensure a seamless transfer experience to ASU after earning credits or an associate degree from a U.S. community college or university and shortening the time to degree completion.

About Columbus State Community College
Columbus State Community College is an Ohio public supported institution in Columbus, Ohio. Founded as Columbus Area Technician's School in 1963, it was renamed Columbus Technical Institute in 1965 and was renamed again to its current name in 1987. The college has grown from an initial enrollment of 67 students in 1963, to its current enrollment of over 27,000 students over two campuses, three regional learning centers, and online courses. Its campus is located in a city with a total enrollment of over 41,000 full- and part-time students. The school utilizes a semester-based academic year. The average class size is 19 students. Columbus State awards the Associate of Arts, the Associate of Science, the Associate of Applied Science, Associate of Technical Studies, and the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees. The college has more than one hundred majors/programs of study and certificate programs. The school has an open admissions policy and offers credit for a range life experiences, including some professional certifications, portfolio review, and credit by examination.
