Proposal to Establish (Undergraduate)

New Undergraduate Degree

Proposed new degree programs must be included on the ABOR approved University Academic Plan and receive specific written approval from the University Provost’s office.

Once approved for planning, complete the “Proposal to Establish a New Undergraduate Degree” template to be routed through the internal ASU proposal development and review process.

  7. University Senate (2nd Reading/Approval)

Note: Programs requiring a new program fee for implementation must have the program fee approved through the University and ABOR Budget process prior to implementation.

New Offering of an Existing Degree

Proposed new degree program offerings must be included on the College/School Academic Plan and receive specific written approval from the University Provost’s office.

Once approved for planning, complete the “Proposal to Establish a New Offering of an Existing Undergraduate Degree” template to be routed through the internal ASU proposal development and review process.
