University Undergraduate Standards Committee

All petitions must be sent to kris.brunia@asu.edu for recording purposes and/or processing. Each petition should be submitted as a single PDF document and include (in this order) the following:
- Fully completed University Standards Committee Petition form (Includes required Advisor, Academic Unit and College/School Standards Committee sections completed)
- Any necessary supporting documents (i.e. advising notes, General Studies check-sheets, course syllabus, etc.)
- Student's DARS
- Student’s transcript
