Re-entry is easier at ASU than at other universities—no entrance exams, no complicated reapplication. Most returning students can restart in under two weeks—with a dedicated reentry specialist guiding you through every step.

You're not alone in this. From your first conversation to your final class, you’ll have personalized guidance to help you understand what credits you already have, what’s left to complete and how to finish on your terms—online or in person.
Financial help
Returning to school shouldn’t break the bank. Scholarships through the Charter Completion Initiative start at a minimum of $1,000 and go up from there. We'll help you explore additional grants and financial aid—even if you didn’t qualify before
